    Vice President, Technology and Engineering, CBS/Paramount

    Naveed Aslam serves as Vice President of Technology & Engineering for CBS, leading teams that design, build, and maintain the broadcast infrastructure for the network on both coasts.  A technologist in the industry for over 30 years, Naveed started out as a field engineer for CNN in London, providing engineering support for the news gathering offices around the world, and covering breaking news events. He relocated to the US to help build Cartoon Network at the Turner campus in Atlanta, and subsequently oversaw countless projects including the build of a new Network Operations facility in 2002.  Aslam joined Fox Networks in 2016 as SVP of Strategic Development & Engineering, overseeing the refresh and upgrade of the Regional Sports Network facility in The Woodlands, Texas, ultimately working on the transition of the facility to Disney after the Fox acquisition.  Coming
