Oliver Ngoma to sing for the Kabaka

About 48 years ago on April 13, the Kabaka of Buganda was born and this week we are going to celebrate his birth. This is going to be a big event. all of Kampala and its suburbs will join in the celebration. Gabonese International music icon Oliver Ngoma is slated to grace the occasion. He will shock and awe Ugandans with two performances, one at Hotel Equatoria parking lot on Good Friday and the other at Namboole Stadium on Easter.
Ngoma jets in this Wednesday from Paris and is expected to be accompanied by 16 members of his band. There is speculation that N’goma will come with his wife, who is niece to Gabonese President Omar Bongo.
