In August 2011 she released her debut mix tape entitled “Guard Ya Grill” hosted by one of Chicago’s most elite female DJs “Gemini Jones”, she has opted for a late summer release. (August 30th) This highly anticipated mix tape, which got its name from an episode of her favorite TV sitcom “Martin”, is a “classic” says “Gemini Jones”. “Guard Ya Grill” not only includes cover songs over industry instrumentals, which Lucci is known for but also a few original tracks including one produced by super producer Novacane.
