Miércoles 21 de marzo de Governor Miguel Lifschitz received this Wednesday the former president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, in a talk that embraced various topics, including the situation of the politics of Latin American countries and the city.
"I am very excited and happy. Rosario reminds me a lot of my hometown, my childhood. I was born in Guayaquil, next to the river," Correa said. And he added, "I am very grateful to the Rosarinos for the affection and to the governor who invited us to this visit. We talked a little bit about the situation in Latin America, what is happening in Ecuador and Argentina, the history and the illustrious citizens of Rosario."
