Biographies have come a long way from the days when they focused mainly on well-known political or artistic figures. Often, today’s most compelling biographies are about people we may have never have heard of, but whose life stories are so extraordinary they leave us humbled at what other human beings have been able to endure and achieve. The field narrows to the top 10 books in each category, and members have one last chance to vote!
