KIMBERLEY HILL LATINVA INSTRUCTOR
I am a native Californian. I am AFAA certified for group fitness training, Latinva Certified for dance fitness and I am also CPR certified. Dancing is my passion. Latinva Dance Fitness combines many styles of Latin Dance into an exciting cardio dance routine. The choreography changes with every class but you will become very familiar with the styles of dance such as Cha Cha, Bachata, Cumbia, Mambo, and Tango. All of these steps are combined into an energetic and constant dance routine, which can build in intensity and complexity depending on the level of each class. Latinva classes will give you the added bonus of sharpening your social dance skills so you can take your dance moves from the fitness club to the dance club. Let’s dance, Let’s LATINVA!!

I moved to LA in early and I really underestimated the strain and anxiety moving my whole life had put me under. I was really missing my community in NY and trying to figure out what I was doing with my life. When I look back, I was definitely a little depressed. This incredible donation based studio in Santa Monica called Power Yoga ended up changing my life. It was run by this fantastic charismatic teacher called Bryan Kest, it was so popular that there would sometimes be 70 people in that room. It was a seriously sweaty initiation into yoga.
They say your teacher shows up just when you need them. So when I decided to chec
