Bien Aime Baraza is a celebrated songwriter and a current active member of the Sauti Sol Band.Other than songwriting, Bien is a vocalist and guitarist.

After completing his high school and performing well he joined the United States International University(USIU) and graduated in 2011 with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies.

Being a part of the band ever since its creation,Bien-Aime’s career as a songwritter hit off back in 2005.
Bien-Aime has remained active in the group and part of the creation of Sauti Sol two albums: Mwanzo (2008) and Sol Filosofia (2011). Bien-Aime occasionally writes songs for other artists like Elani, Amos & Josh and Wendy Kimani.

Sauti Sol is a Kenyan Afropop band formed in Nairobi in 2005 by vocalists Bien-Aimé Baraza, Willis Chimano and Savara Mudigi.[1][2][3][4] Initially an a cappella group, guitarist Polycarp Otieno joined before they named themselves Sauti Sol.[5]
